LSAT India Syllabus 2020 – Candidates must go through the LSAT India syllabus as soon as they are done with the application form fill up the process. The syllabus will be released later. However, the syllabus that is mentioned herein below is a tentative one. Candidates must keep a track of the updated syllabus by checking the articles on this website on a regular basis.

LSAT India Syllabus 2020 Overview

The LSAT syllabus will consist of one Analytical Reasoning section, two Logical Reasoning sections, and one Reading Comprehension section. Here they are explained properly:

Analytical Reasoning:

Candidates will come across questions in this section that are based on structure of relationships. They will have to draw the logical conclusions about that particular relationship. The relationships will either be based on things, events, or persons. Candidates will be required to choose the correct statement from four to five statements provided to comment on the structure of the relationship.

Logical Reasoning:

Candidates will have to evaluate, examine and complete arguments that are provided in general language. The logic of the candidates is judged in this section. They will first require to read and understand the passage provided. They will have to answer the questions on the basis of their comprehension. The section evaluates various attributes of the candidates which will include critical thinking as well as skills that will be needed for logical reasoning.

Reading Comprehension:

Through Reading Comprehension, the reading skills of the candidates are tested. The understanding ability of the candidates is assessed. There will be four sets of questions in this section which will be based on reading. Through the reading material, the reasoning ability of the candidates is also judged.

LSAT India Exam Pattern 2020

The syllabus is not enough to crack the entrance test. Candidates also must know about LSAT India Exam Pattern 2020. Mentioned herein below is the exam pattern.

Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted in offline mode, i.e. it will be pen and paper based.

Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam will be a total of 2 hours 20 minutes. For each section 35 minutes will be provided.

Sections: There will be four sections in the question paper. The sections will include Analytical Reasoning, 1st Logical Reasoning, 2nd Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension.

Type of Questions: The question paper will comprise Multiple Choice Question. Four answer choices will be provided to some questions; while, some will have five options.

Number of Question: There will be a total of 92 – 100 questions in the exam. However, it will be confirmed once the exam pattern is released officially.

Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be provided for every correct answer.

Negative Marking: There will not be any negative marking in the LSAT exam.
